Palo Alto Horizontal Levee Project (PAHLP)

This project involved coordination with multiple agencies, including ABAG, the City of Palo Alto, FAA, NMFS, the SF Bay Regional Water Board, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Work included building a levee berm, installing a new pump at the RWQCP, placing a buried effluent pipeline along Harbor and Embarcadero Roads, and routing treated effluent to a new horizontal levee near Harbor Marsh.
